Fixed priced Home and Land package pricing means the price advertised is a complete price to build that home on that lot per the terms of the HIA contract and can only be changed in accordance with the terms and conditions of a HIA contract

 All repayments noted are based on a Principal & Interest Loan with a 20% deposit on the average interest rate as published by moneysmart.gov.au.
